Pilates and Over 50 Exercise Classes
“I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul as a personal trainer / Pilates teacher.”
“Paul is an excellent teacher. I was extremely unfit and unmotivated to do any exercise what so ever when I first asked Paul to give me a personal (Pilates) training session a year ago.
He started with the basics and week on week he added to my skill set – always reinforcing good posture and the correct way to do an exercise. Once I had mastered the set up and warm up exercises he then and only then moved onto actual Pilates moves. Each of these he took time to demonstrate and then helped me to master. He also took time each session to reinforce any new learning / or exercises I was struggling with.
He is very punctual and very polite and offers sessions to me at my convenience. He is very kind and gives me lots of praise – even if I have only got a small step right – which has increased my confidence no end. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul as a personal trainer / Pilates teacher – particularly if you have not exercised for a long time.” Jane Murphy, Enfield
“I can see a difference in my flexibility and core strength already.”
“I’m really feeling the benefit of Paul’s Pilates tuition. His classes allow people with varying abilities learn in a stimulating environment and work at your own pace. I’ve been coming for four weeks and can see a difference in my flexibility and core strength already.” Terry, Enfield
“I really look forward to going to the classes each week.”
“I come to both the Stretch and Tone on Tuesdays and the Pilates on Wednesdays and I thoroughly enjoy both. Paul is very professional and friendly and explains the exercises well. I really look forward to going to the classes each week.” Anne, Enfield
“Paul is a highly professional trainer.”
“Paul’s Over 50’s classes are really helping me and others to stay fit. Paul is a highly professional trainer. His sessions are carefully constructed to exercise all the important muscles in a systematic way, but with plenty of variety. Paul has a good sense of humour; the atmosphere is friendly, and no-one is under any pressure to do anything they don’t feel able to do.” David, Enfield
“Paul is patient and approachable and I really benefited from my five training sessions.”
“Having never used a personal trainer before, I was slightly apprehensive about contacting Paul but he was recommended by my yoga teacher, so I took a chance. I’m very glad I did – Paul is patient and approachable and I really benefited from my five training sessions. Paul was very thorough in going over my medical history and finding out what I wanted to achieve before we started and then very encouraging throughout. I learnt loads about different exercises and am now able to continue on my own, albeit with email encouragement from Paul. Paul isn’t a boot camp type of trainer, no shouting or drilling but instead gently motivational to help you reach your fitness / weight loss goals.” Louise, Winchmore Hill
“Paul has been a massive help, we both feel we have improved a lot over the last year and feel so much better for a weekly work out!”
“We have been working with Paul as a personal trainer for just over a year now. We have young children and really struggled to get out to the gym or classes, but Paul comes to our home so we can work out together, which is great fun and means it is affordable for both of us. Paul has been a massive help, we both feel we have improved a lot over the last year and feel so much better for a weekly work out! We have both lost weight and generally feel more on the ball. Paul has a really helpful style, he expertly teaches us the exercises and encourages us to keep improving, without the intimidating style of some personal trainers, which we both find off putting. Paul has been great for us and we would highly recommend him.” Andrew & Rebecca, Enfield
