Hi, my name is Paul Smith and I am a fully qualified and experienced Level 3 Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor in Enfield and Winchmore Hill, North London.
Whether your aim is to lose weight, to tone or build muscle or to increase your overall fitness, we can work together to reach these goals.
As well as one-to-one personal training I also offer local exercise classes including Beginners & Improvers Pilates and Stretch & Tone. They are a great way to spend quality time with old friends and make new ones.
At the moment I run a daytime ‘Over 50’s Keep Fit Stretch & Tone‘ class at Christ Church URC Hall in Enfield EN2 every Tuesday morning.
I am also currently running 6-week Pilates for Beginners & Improvers courses in Enfield on Wednesday evenings.

My carefully prepared programmes are structured individually to suit all ages, abilities and interests.
I can conduct One-to-One Personal Training and Pilates sessions at your home or outdoors. You can also get together with friends for group sessions and share the cost.
