Hi, my name is Paul Smith and I am a fully qualified and experienced Level 3 Pilates instructor and Personal Trainer in Enfield and Winchmore Hill, North London N21.
I offer local exercise classes including Beginners & Improvers Pilates and Stretch & Tone. They are a great way to spend quality time with old friends and make new ones.
In addition, I offer one-to-one personal training in Pilates, where newcomers can learn correct techniques, and where more experienced clients can refine their skills. These sessions are generally held in your home. You can also get together with friends for group sessions and share the cost.
I run a daytime ‘Over 50’s Keep Fit Stretch & Tone‘ class at Christ Church URC Hall in Enfield EN2 every Tuesday morning.
I also run 6-week Pilates for Beginners courses in Enfield on Thursday evenings & 6-week Pilates for Beginners and Improvers courses in Enfield on Wednesday evenings. These sessions are also at Christ Church Hall.
