I have been a keen sportsman and fitness enthusiast for a long time, enjoying various sports, including running a sub-3 hour marathon.
I have most recently been a coach at a large local gym. However, I came into the fitness industry relatively late, having worked in business for many years. So from my own experience I know the difficulties in maintaining a work / life balance, and in juggling the various competing demands that most people have to face. Whatever your circumstances and abilities, I can help you.
I am a REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) Level 3 Advanced Instructor / Personal Trainer, qualified in:

- Advanced Cardio Vascular Training
- Nutrition & Weight Management Advice
I am also a fully qualified instructor in:
- Level 3 Mat Pilates
- Level 3 Pre & Post Natal Exercise
- Water Aerobics
- Spin
- Circuit Training
As a qualified and experienced Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, Spin, and Circuit Training instructor I am available to organisations wishing to offer classes in these activities and also ‘Stretch and Tone’.
My flexible programmes recognise that your time is precious, and that exercise needs to be fun as well as challenging.
You can be confident that you will be in safe hands. I am a qualified First Aider and Emergency Responder, and am fully insured under the REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) scheme.
