I am now running online Pilates classes via Zoom for £5 a session.
Wednesdays Pilates 6.30 – 7.30pm
Thursdays Gentle Pilates 6 – 7pm

Pilates is a safe and effective training method that both utilises and restores not only the body, but the mind also. More and more people are appreciating what Pilates can bring to their lives.
The eight principles of Pilates perfectly demonstrate what it offers – concentration, relaxation, alignment, breathing, centering, co-ordination, flowing movements and stamina.
Pilates will give you a body awareness that you can bring to all aspects of your life, with improved breathing, better posture and a greater postural strength that you can apply to all of your daily activities. You will feel and look more empowered and more confident.
I offer a Beginners course that will introduce you to those principles and teach you how to apply them via a series of simple mat-based exercises. Week by week, we can add new exercises and gently increase the level of the existing ones, to match your improving strength and technique.
You can progress at your own pace – there will be plenty of modifications and alternatives to match your own situation. Pilates is for everyone, and the class will reflect that.
Each session will begin with the Pilates ‘set up’ process, followed by some mobilisation routines, the main session itself, and finally a stretch sequence. Each segment offers plenty of insight into what you can do outside the sessions as well.
